Days 1–3
Our recruitment team starts sourcing candidates from our network and outbound channels.
Days 3–7
We screen applicants, review experience, and filter for the strongest candidates.
Days 5–10
You receive the first qualified candidates with Loom videos and background information.
Days 7–14
You interview the candidates and select the best fit for your team.
Most companies hire their new setter or closer within 1–2 weeks.
